No.. not really ...when you place these cams on public land what do you expect to get pictures of ? All I am saying is he is making comments about the guy and does not know for sure it was him ....that's all I am getting at !
 another thing ...this guy had to be super close to the camera ...like inches away  almost looks like he was posing for it !
