need help with bear

Hi there. I have had no luck finding a bear up in mt spokane on the iep land. I would love to tag out but don't think I am. If anyone could help me with a better spot or have some private property and have allready tagged out. That would be awesome. I am a responsible hunting with all my gear and formal weapon training.
