Hunters Ed in Lewis county?
« on: November 12, 2013, 09:34:12 AM »
A co-worker's son is wanting to get into hunting and has never been around anything outdoors. Are all the classes online now? I think a hands on class would be a better fit for this kid. If anybody has any info I would appreciate it.

Go to the WDFW website and look under hunting, hunter education and it will show the classes available. Unfortunately, this late in the year there are very few classes still open. We have our last online field evaluation class tomorrow and have a waiting list of 25 or more. Your co-worker's son could use the one year waiver option but by the time all the hoops were jumped through, the season might me over.
