Late Buck Tactics
« on: November 12, 2013, 07:43:44 PM »
Well our goal as a team was to get a decent blacktail buck on film with a rifle...... so far we have failed. I have ye to see a buck worth shooting. With late buck coming up this weekend I will have a day and a half to hunt. Im hoping to get it done. Thinking about doing a little calling and rattling during the slow hours of the day. Do you think its too late? I saw a masher buck yesterday on some private land that borders public land that i might try on Sunday. I want to hit it hard and hopefully we can make it happen. What are your late buck tactics for the westside?

BT's rut through the new year in small pockets so not too late, should be prime time some places.
