finally!
« on: November 14, 2013, 05:06:19 AM »
Well after four yes of waiting my new buddy was born. I ended up going with long hollow retrievers. He was doing a breeding between a female of his and a male from tiger mtn pointing labs. Man I can't wait to bring the little guy home I'm pumped! Cool little fact. He was born this past Sunday Nov 10. Which just happened to be the Marine corps bday. Being in the corps and recently seperating I found that pretty cool!

Nothing better than having a new puppy in the house!  Well, at least once they are potty trained ;)
He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

Congrats!

And no longer chewing up shoes, baseboard molding, furniture, getting into the trash, swallowing socks, etc.....

Well after four yes of waiting my new buddy was born.
Four years is a long time.  I waited two years for my last pup.  I guess the anticipation is part of the fun..  I have a friend with a nice Longhollow pup out of Delta.  Congrats on your new pup!

Here is my Long Hollow dog, I couldn't be happier with him. Great house dog, flusher, and retriever. Probably the worst puppy I ever had to deal with but you can't win them all.

Congrats on the new pup.  Good choice going with Longhollow Retrievers. Here is my 17 week old Longhollow pup. So far I am extremely happy with him. There were a couple weeks that he thought he was lead dog but hes doing great now. Quick learner and was a breeze to house train.

Since Ryan has redone his website and now has his puppy reservation/contract linked I will post the price he gets for his pups. It's $1,200.

That is guys I'm really looking forward to getting him. I have a five month old daughter to so its gonna be a bit more fun training him and everything . I m exited to watch the grow up together. UtIt yeah this is my first lab ever. I had a golden late in high school that I tried to train but then joined the Marines so my grandparents took him. Now that they have him he is absolutely spoiled rotten and forgot pretty much everything I taught him. With the new pup I'm thinking i may try a couple hunt test see how that goes. But mainly hoping he is a going to be a good all round bird dog and good buddy to the family.
