This ones a real head scratcher. Several miles behind a gate way off on a game trail. I'll add a pic of a deer of the same spot just for size comparison. Whatever it is isn't very big.

It's a bear walking away from the camera you can see the left ear plain as day. The deer and the bear are standing 50 ft apart so not much help for a size reference

That black thing is only 30' from the cam. I could cover it up with a medicine ball. In early summer I'd say it could be a bear cub but I'd be pretty surprised this late in the year. Too far in for a dog.  :dunno:

Also I am as tall as the bushes it's next to. That thing is under knee high.

I blew up the black spot in the picture--it actually looks like the FRONT of a bear cub.  If I look closely, I can make out the nose, eyes and mouth.  :dunno:
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"

:fire.:

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield
