Does anyone know if this area is open to duck hunting. It's directly across the river from Howard Amon Park.

So that area is not in city limits? How do I find out Pasco city limits?

I downloaded a map last year from the sheriffs office, try that. A color coded map that showed the city limits pretty good but you could also stop at the sheriffs office.
