New puppy

Well I broke down and bought a puppy this afternoon. 8 week old Yellow lab.

So any books or tips on training to be a duck dog would be appreciated.

I like this old feature in Gun Dog for a good general schedule....keeping in mind that all dogs learn at different paces of course. Emphasis on general schedule.

Great looking pup.  I don't get mine for four more weeks.    The anticipation is killing me.
