@RadSav- if price was no object and you could only have one bow for the rest of your life. What would it be?

That would make for one boring life, wouldn't it?

That question seems to get answered different every January at the ATA show. ;)  I am in the unique position where I have been able to get virtually any bow I could dream of the past ten years.  In that time I have shot and tested about 30-35 bows and personally hunted with Hoyt, Bear, Carbon Tech, Martin, PSE, Sims, Pearson, Bowtech, Elite, a few flash in the pan manufacturers and a few bass turd children from parts and pieces.  Every single one brought something to the table I liked at that given moment.

As I sit and type at my computer today I have never had a grip fit me better than the one on a Sims DZ-32, I have never had a bow carry as well as a Carbon Tech, I have never had a quieter bow than the Martin Alien, I have never shot better in my life than I have with the Bowtech Experience and I have never worked with a better group of people than the folks at Bear Archery.  So I guess while I chose to shoot the BT Experience right here right now today there hasn't been a bow made yet that I want to spend the rest of my life with.

For me personally though, both the Bear Motive7/Agenda7 and the Bowtech Experience come as close as any.  And if they both had the same grip I would be as content with either of those as life could be right here, right now, today, at this moment.  But then again, the ATA is less than a month away... :chuckle:

Nice! :chuckle:

I don't want guys to think I hate Hoyt.  Shot them for a lot of years and they make a reasonable product.  In fact the last time I had a long lasting relationship with a bow it was a Hoyt.  I just think there are better bows out there right now that don't require a second mortgage, a pint of blood and your first born.

Very true!  Bear has to be on that list.  But it's getting to be a long list.

On a different note:

I got some interesting news about odd actions being taken by Bowtech before the ATA.  Could be some interesting she bite going on.  Should be some fun stuff to watch in the next few months :dunno:

Neither show!  That's like choosing no Christmas :'(

No idea about Mr. Grim.  He and I have only talked about three times since he became part of the Hudalla team.  And I doubt he knows who I am.  Since we conduct zero retail sales in Washington State there is not much reason for him to be in contact with us.  I did hear he was hunting, just never heard if he was successful.

Sending you PM on show specials.
