i want to make a few different batches of flavored shine and i have hit several grocery stores that sell liquor and nothing, all 90 proof and under
Go to one of the new liquor super stores, there's one in Southcenter. That's where I buy my everclear for apple pie shine they also have the 1000ml not just the 750ml that Safeway sells.
I didn't think you could get the big stuff in Washington. I've been loading up in Montana when I go there. Good stuff. Its also my substitute for moonshine when making pie.

Walmart has 190 proof everclear
When did 190 proof become legal in WA? Back when I was in college in OR we would get it, but it was not available here in WA. When did the law change?
walmart carries 151 proof as everyone else does, Jamie that's where i got my 151 everclear,. but still no 190 anywhere local i called all over. nothin. so a two gallon run of apple pie moonshine with TWO liters of 151 proof everclear was so weak people were downing 2 quarts with no effect at all just wtf causes this? i drank 2 myself thanksgiving and nothin, nada, not even a slight buzz. if im right that was the recipe. i know it suggested 1 bottle of 190, but 2 bottles of 151 should have been more then enough
Even with the 150 proof stuff drinking an entire quart to my self I get a pretty dang good buzz going, can't imagine drinking two quarts and not feeling a thing unless something's wrong or you have an extremely high tolerance.
