my brother and i killed nice deer two years  ago . we saw the biggest deer between   mud ck. and  potato creek and lots of small bucks in crum, steleiko. we saw a least one 150 incher each day, one of my memorable hunts and reserve my points for it.

We bought an old street legal bike to cruise the legal roads for hunter pickups/drop offs, etc.  Won't roll where we're not allowed as it's a huge pet peave.  Throw some good rubber on the bike and tread carefully.

Whats the reason for no quads on the roads? I understand not having them on the skid roads and stuff but if you can drive a rig on a gravel road why not a quad? I believe you can snowmobile all over the place in the snow and on the roads. I am not a quad hunter at all just would like to retrieve a rig with it and don't want to take two trucks over, however I will play by the rules and leave th equad home I guess just not sure I understand it. I'm not griping so don't torch me, just curious.  nwhunter

Only green dot roads are legal to drive in chelan county.  And on green dot roads they have to have current ORV tags.  Not sure why just the way it is.  Street legal on any forest service road.  Snowmobile is legal everywhere!
