How do you all pass the time when sitting long hours in a blind or tree stand?

In a blind, I might read if I'm only covering one trail but usually I don't feel comfortable reading if there is more than one or two directions a deer can come from.

My dad does Sudoku from a ground blind sometimes, my wife brings her iPad  :dunno:
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

This is a really good question! I was wondering the same thing for the guys that go up into the wilderness for there high buck hunts. 5-10 days of nothingness can get boring quick unless you take a lot of naps. and then for bow huntin your up in a stand or ground blind.

For me in a stand I've taken my Ipod shuffle and listen to music with one ear open. For camp time I know a deck of cards and a game of cribbage or something else that always helps. Besides that my time is put towards scouting and making the camp as comfy as can be.

I just sit, observe, and enjoy the serenity. Day dreaming about the buck showing up occupies my time the most.

I don't sit in a blind per say, but I will find myself sitting out there for long hours in spots passing time.
