ritzville is on the east side off of I90 about 59 miles before Spokane.

Delta I 90 only runs east and west . Ritzville is north of 90.

There is public land in lincoln county. Wish I knew more of it.

Delta says it is ON THE EASTSIDE, meaning the eastside of the state, not the eastside of I-90.  Re-read it.

Go to the Top Hat hotel in Ritzville, as the owners husband for hot spots (he knows them).  Also, Go out to Goose Butte and hunt the east side of the road or along crab creek.  Pheasant and quail all around.  Good luck
