Sometimes it actually takes years to completely build a case. I know of a guy here on the west side that was being investigated for poaching. When they finally arrested him they charged him with 38 counts of big game poaching. They levied the largest fines in the history of the state of Washington against him. It took a couple of years to get it done ,they wanted to make sure it would stick.
 After all of that the state computers went south, all of the information was somehow misplaced and he got his hunting privileges back. Only to loose them later once again.
  If it is true I hope they get this guy and smoke him.

I hear gunshots out in the distance while sitting in the stand.  Drives me nuts!  I makes me want to get out and go looking to see who is shooting and at what.  The only problem is that I have limited time to hunt and don't want to miss the opportunity if it arrives at my stand.
