shed found with helicopter

Found a shed today while doing some training, then when we did hoistwork I took it with me.

It's on my desk in my shop, pretty whited out but still cool. also there isn't alot of chew marks on it at all

When I was using it, it was called a jungle penetrater. That was a long time ago.

damn dude are you guys hiring by chance, your commute looks alot funner than mine. i have tons of expierince, tons of rapel time, it sure would beat working at the water district, i also have a ton of DEMO TIME.  :chuckle: :chuckle:

I'm active duty AF. and yes we still use the Huey (made 1969) and the Penetrator. Though I prefer to just connect into the hook. Not a bad day in the office.

I trained with the penetrator in school but after that I never saw one again. That thing is so old school it is ridiculous . That is lots of fun and a lot quicker to spot and retrieve from the air. I remember when we would retrieve many moose sheds during training missings as well as many other things.
