Poor Dink. I remember just last month watching him frolic around in the reprod. Then a grunt and dead Dink.  He looks pretty tasty. Congrats.

Actually that bull tastes real good! That little forky was 150 on the hoof and 115 dressed. Its about half the size body wise as the bucks I usually shoot

Oh, that's what all the red stuff was on my sign.  I just thought that some hippie hit it with a paintball gun.  You did a great job of cleaning up the gut pile.  Thanks and congrats!

Yeah, I am trying to research what seasoning I want to use on mine.  I think I will take his marinating it in Coke idea and try that.      In the old days the tags were a bit more substantial and chewy.  They are cut pretty thin now.

Still chewy though. Remember to cut with the grain not against it. Also a little rum in that coke marinade will make it go down easier.
