dang and i went huntn saturday to try and call in a cat and it was 8 degrees and i thought that was cold, yess you can call me a puss now  :chuckle: :chuckle: nice buck and with a bow. when its that cold over there how long does it takes before your skin will stick to your rifle barrel. i know you hunt with a bow but i am sure you have been out with a rifle in that kind of weather? are the deer there real fat, like a real thick fat layer? congrats again

Nice buck!

Bone........... I am now in the club !
MLB, yes, 2 for 2 now.
MKJ,  We live in Williston, and I hunt south of there in the area of Alexander which is in the grass lands and the beginning of the badlands.
jackmaster,  It was so cold you could freeze a buck in a matter of an hour.  :IBCOOL:  Actually, once I saw him, I completely forgot about how cold it was.  Now the gutting part is a whole different story !
bearhunter, I might know an area you can connect    But, the timing has to be right and hit the rut.

And thanks to all the rest of you for your kind words.  I love mulie hunting over here ~
