1st wolf sighting

Finally happened today, I was out scouting and spotted a single with the binos. Got the spotter up just in time to see him go over hill.  Saw him again with binos.  No question on identity, body was close to a deer size at that distance.

I saw two over by Lions Ferry last year in the late muzzy season. there is no doubt when you see them, they're huge compared to our little yoters.http://hunting-washington.com/smf/Smileys/default/yikes1.gif Land owner said the were really hanging around at that time.

Notice more and more of the NFS roads are shut down and not to be repaired in this neck of the woods? Coincidence???  I really wonder if it is so no one can see what is running around in the hills around here.

I lived in Idaho for 15 years. the god damn wolves ran me out there. I no what I herd . you have to be careful out there. its almost as bad as walking down town seattle.
