Archery world?
« on: December 16, 2013, 09:48:03 AM »
Hey all I've been having a reoccurring issue with my Bowtech destroyer 350. The issue I'm having is the peep is always twisting on me after each shot. I will adjust it is it's straight and shoot, but it never centers up. It cost me a deer this year and it won't happen again! I've been to bobs in Longview and I have been to xxx in rainier but have had mixed results with both places. So my question is has anyone had any issues with archery world? I've heard a few good things so I'm willing to travel. I don't mind even driving north to a place to have my bow worked on. I don't know if rad sav has a shop? If he does I've heard he's the man and I'll take it to him. I bought the bow brand new last year and have shot it at least 1000 times. The peep just started twisting so I'd like to figure it out. Thanks guys,   Jason

Cory Miller at XXX is the man. This is something very simple that will take a minute to fix.

Two options will be my guess.

Option 1:  New String (counter twist)

Option 2:  http://vaportrailarchery.com/peep-sight-tubing/

Joe at Archery World is a great guy and should be able to help.

:yeah: The only thing is he's not a certified Bowtech repair shop, unless that's changed. He works on my buddy's Bowtech and does a fine job on that and everything I've asked him to do. There's a whole display of Radsav's peeps in there, too - I was in yesterday.

There's one thing about Joe that would keep me coming back almost no matter what. His concern for the archery community and his assistance with bringing young kids into archery is constant and generous. A lot of you know that I shoot with a young man who needed some help getting started. Joe has been there for us for over two years working with me to get this kid set up and discounting his cards and equipment because he needs it. I would recommend Archery World to anyone, anytime.

Thanks a bunch guys. I appreciate the feed back. I like Cory as well, but have had mixed results with stuff getting done. I'm absolutely not bashing him I'm just not completely satisfied. He is a nice guy and helpful and I bought my first bow from him.
