"Pg 78 Hunting Big game with the aid of an artificial light or spotlight is prohibited" so with the exception of the shooting hours restriction I can't see why if you have a light gathering scope on a bright moonlit night with snow on the ground you couldn't.

Except we have a bunch of city slickers that are afraid to go out after dark without a light and put restrictions on everyone, apparently they have never been out on a bright full moon night with snow on the ground with a light gathering scope

big enough that is for sure, it looks like a female to boot, probably gonna end up with a whole heard of cats next year, i believe they generally have 2 to 3 kittens at a time
