Got a Little 4 pt Whitetail
« on: November 10, 2008, 01:39:20 PM »
Shot this little 4 pt WT up near Colville on saturday. Got it on the run at about 60 yrds in the pouring rain. The rack is pretty small but actually has a decent size body. Kind of ruined the 5 days trip we had planned because I shot it 30 min after we started hunting but with the reports coming from the area the WT counts were down quite a bit this year I wasn't taking any chances  :chuckle: I bet there is 100 lbs of meat in the gamebag  :IBCOOL:

Nice!  It's not the size of the antlers, it's the quality of the hunt that matters!

Nice job Dave.  Do I have to worry anymore about bringing a cape back for you?

Thanks Guys!

Gary, I'll still take a decent WT cape if you get one. I'm going to practice mount this one before I mount the 5 point from last year so if you get a nice cape in MO. save it for me

When are you going?
