We used a perch eye on a Swedish Pimple to catch Perch through the ice.  We made "eyeball removers" from a wire paper clip and a piece of dowel.  Once you get the first fish, the game is on!

  I Tried Something New Today...  I Got Some Of The Small Salad Shrimp And Covered Them In Salt Overnight To Firm Them Up.
  Trout Really Went For The, And Perch Were So So.  I Also Tried Meal Worms But They Were Just Ok.  By Far The Best For Me Has Been Maggots.
  I Also Tie A Hook On A Leader About 4 To 5 Inches Below My Swedish Pimple.  Way More Hook ups.
