Mossberg 535 Turkey Fed Shot Pattern

Finally got this thing dialed in. Factory full XX-Turkey choke. This shot was at 30 yards.

These were Remington #4 shot 1 7/8oz 3in.


I ran right out and bought another box. They obviously work well in my gun. I'm going to bring my range finder next time out so I can see if I can get another ten yards out of it.

Looks good ...

I pattern mine every five yards form 15 yards to where I'm only getting ten hits in the vitals.  I want to know what it's doing at close range/medium range and long (maximum) range.

Good looking pattern!  That will be a dead bird all day long!  It would be neat to see what that combo does at 40!

turkeydancer, I learned my lesson several years ago to pattern at 15 yards.  Whiffed one because it was so close!  A set of firesights fixed that issue!
