Waterfowl season so far

Haven't been able to log in for a while so figured I'd put up a couple of pics.

It's been hit and miss for me so far on geese but i still have a few visitors to my meek spread  :chuckle:

Even though the weather is rainy but nice I have had a few morning of breakin some ice

And I didn't have any luck during muzzleloading deer season but at least KING TUT ( or so he thinks has plenty of luck  :rolleyes:) I was on my way home when i spotted him and his harem and he was working hard to keep them together

But Saturday it came together and 4 shots produced 3 nice birds. Couldn't take any pics out in the field due to hard pourin rain so had to wait till I got home (besides don't want to give away a honey hole :chuckle: :rolleyes:)

Sure have been proud of Macey this year  :IBCOOL: After havin to put Bill down a couple of years ago she has stepped up and done a fine job. After a hard day the couch sure feels good

 I saw all those pics and decided that they need to go to the waterfowl site so people can see what we see besides water fowl. GREAT pictures and good looking dog.

I hardly ever go anywhere with out the camera any more cause at least with it I get some shooting in  :chuckle: like this doe and her fawns theat came down and gave me some nice shots

Mike......spent a week, a few miles (35)  NE of you..Had 200-300 geese land in a wheat field daily for 3 days..Wished I had my gear with me..

Let me know if you want contact info and location of the property..It is a green field and they are landing in the middle so concealment will be tricky.. I could also tell ya were they are roosting on the river/lake.....
