Thats good to know. Ive debated sending mine in for awhile now. My biggest concern was the turn around. You know how many days the overall turn around was?

It took about 6-7 weeks for both, I sent them in the same time.

Phool, is this the note you received?   I guess they don't like metal rings on their binos.... :chuckle:

How long did the process take?  I sent my rifle scope in first part of March and it looks like I won't get it back until end of May.

I sent mine in the first week of March as well and they were shipped on April 17th and I received them yesterday.  So, about 6-7 weeks......

I've known quite a few hunters who spent more than a pair of Swarovskis cost, buying pair after pair of "cheaper but almost as good as Swarovski" binos and never being quite satisfied. :twocents:

Me too, they finally dropped the coin and are wondering why they didn't just do it years before. :chuckle:

Glad to hear of their great service, though hopefully I'll never need it. I finally gave in as well last year. If you are happy with whatever binos you have now, DO NOT look through Swaros! That's what I did and no other bino looked as good to me since... well till I got my Swarovisions  :IBCOOL:

It is due to metal on metal wear.  My brother had a pair of the dialyte (  I think) 10x40 binos in Alaska.  He used the crap out of them for years and the rings actually wore through the metal harness on the side of the binos.

I also love the company, when I called them with the serial number of a pair of slc's that were for sale.  They told me the entire history of that glass, if stolen, repaired at all or if they had any updates!  Needed up being great glass and a great sale.  It's nice having that background on glass that cost just over 1,000.00 dollars, great company!  Don't forget to register your Swarovski bino's guys!
“In common with”..... not so much!!
