Just to clear a few things up it's not my first archery harvest it's the first animal I've taken in Wa state. I've gotten a lot of Whitetails in upstate NY and a pronghorn and Mule dear in Montana but I've been living in Wa now for 8 years and I finally tagged something. As luck would have it I also took a Black-tail doe this year too.

Very good kill, you just saved a bunch of deer! I bet your one of a very few in wa to kill a cougar with a bow on a boot hunt this year, congrats!
