These are great.  I have one to add, but all my pictures of it got erased when my computer crashed.  Next time I am up in Kettle Falls at my mom's house, I'll take a few pics and post.  Until then, it'll be fun to see what else everyone else comes up with...

There were mounts in the Hitchin' Post in Republic and the old Yardbirds in Chehalis that were cow elk heads with antlers mounted to them.   :chuckle:  I wish that I had a pic.

Are you sure it wasn't the neighbors cat?   :chuckle:

Ok which taxi on here would like to take on this challenge? Think I have a fox squirrel skin from sc that would be awesome to do this with. Or maybe a raccoon....

Next time I see some out here I will get some photos.  You see some really old funny ones from time to time.

Steve,
This mount was an auction item at the benefit for Adam of Titan Outdoors in Olympia.
It had a deer cape, bull rack, bear teeth and crazy eyes.

I don't know who the guy is but he runs with the local country musician Jonathan Harris.

The mule deer with raghorn elk antlers is trippy but CAMPMEAT's bobcat (a legitimate attempt) is friggin' hilarious!
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

My first deer and my first go at DIY taxidermy! Didn't pin the lips right so I improvised as it dried.
