Ok I got four points where and when can I put in for can't find it available yet. Never killed a bear butwife wants a rug and I need some bear breakfast sausage.

Skagit bears are all gone, my son shot the last one last year.  :chuckle:

If anyone gets a Skagit tag it needs to be Sideswipe. He is up in that area and is due for a good tag. Good man that old timer...not on the forum a whole lot but he is around.

Where is the information on the fish and wildlife website?  I have never done it and wanted to look into what is available.  I think I am blind. I can't seem to locate it.

I figured out on my own not 30 minutes ago.  Since the regs aren't out for 2014 go to your 2013 regs and black bear hunting.  You will find the units open there.  Then I went here https://fishhunt.dfw.wa.gov/wa/license and purchased it online then https://fishhunt.dfw.wa.gov/wa/specialhunt here to submit it.  Hope this helps you.
