Just took 10 Cornish game hens out of my 24 hour brine and there ready for smoke!!!!!
I'll try to update as I go, but it might be tomorrow?

They turned out great. I wish I would of had the time to smoke them a lil longer on a lil less temp. There fun to do. Pretty cool to serve everyone their own bird. Plus, you kinda dig into them caveman style!
