What happens when you sell your story and pictures to a magazine. Then turn around and post them on the internet?

Not sure if there is but I'd think the magazine wouldn't appreciate it.

There are deals made when submitting your story to a magazine. All of them are different where some ask for exclusive rights to the story and pictures. Western hunter told me I could share it if I wanted!   They were just happy I sent them the story and pictures.

More people buy the magazine to read the story  :twocents:  I don't know if magazines are "buying" stories (some magazines will send sponsor gear).

I'm not directing this at anyone, but stories can be made up and you can usually tell when something is photo shopped.   So I'm more of a picture kinda guy.

Thanks for answering my question though. That is a heck of a buck and congrats.

I just don't understand the blocked out faces in some of the posts?  Are they wanted criminals? Called in sick to work that day? With that big of a deer my face would gladly be on the photo, I just don't see any reason?

I feel the same way.
