You must have gotten rid of a .338 a few years ago?
:fire.:

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

Give the 210gr Nosler's and the Barnes TS a try also. I found they worked great in my 338/06.
I found the 338mag too much of a good thing for me. I shot my friend's  Browing A bolt in 338mag and it was the only rifle I was scared to pull the trigger on. Loaded some 210gr X's for him and it knocked the snot out of some big African antelope he used it on. Enjoy.

Have a muzzle break put on it . You would be surprised how well it will reduce the recoil. Belted cartridges like heavy bullets better. The shooter shop will put a break on it for $180.00.

Let me know when you want to go shoot. I am happy to show you how to hold a firearm. Can't wait to do the 562. Elk camp video will be down loaded soon. Happy New Year to old friends and all HuntWa friends to be.
