Free: Contests & Raffles.
Thanks Bobcat. I had no idea that info was right there. Is the raffle permit good for any Westside Unit, or just the regular muzzleloader units? Is there only one tag per category awarded? And I guess there is no way to know if rich dudes are buying a thousand tickets, or is it more fair than the Eastside raffle?Jeez, if I'd posted a question of whether musket caps were better than #11s there would be two pages of replies. I'm gonna try posting in Elk Hunting and see if anyone is interested. Thanks again Bobcat.
When I buy raffle tickets, western elk and western deer are the ones I buy. I like going for the ones that have reasonable odds. And I only buy three or four.

You're assuming past odds will be future odds. Over the years, the eastside raffle went from 7k down to 4k and back to 7k. You're using the odds of knowing the approximate odds. I'm right there with you. Good luck bobcat.
