Gun Smith in SW WA

Can anyone recommend a gun smith or someone in the area of Southwest WA that can re-blue a rifle barrel? I've looked at some of the little kits at the sporting goods stores but I haven't a clue how to use them and figured since I don't know the full history of the gun (bought it used some years back), it's probably worth having someone give a good look over too.

Any guesses on cost would be appreciated too.

There is a guy in either Longview or over the river in Oregon that does bluing.  There is also a guy in Vancouver.  I can not remember the names for the life of me.  I will get ahold of my brother and get the name of the one redoing his rifle this year.
