whats a good trail camera for cheap

i don't have a trail camera, but looking to invest in one i just don't know which one to get for a decent price and good pictures.  because I'm trying to see what kind of buck are in this new spot I'm hunting.

Not by any means is it a less expensive camera but the Cuddeback Attack $100+is the one I use the most over my Wildgame $45 at yard sale

The Moultries are decent for the price. The only downfall is battery usage.

3mp tasco at Walmart. Can't beat the price and it will get you in the game

I would order the Primos Truth Cam 35 from Walmart for $79.97. Add the extended warranty they offer for another $7 (or thereabouts). The extended warranty gives you two years and if anything goes wrong with the camera you can return it to your nearest Walmart store for a full refund, no questions asked. Pretty good deal if you ask me, because most trail cameras don't last more than two years.

Amazon had it for $68.10 last week but I see it's back up to $80. You're better off getting it from Walmart IMO.

Another one I'm looking at right now is the Browning Recon Force that you can get on eBay for $90. It's $130 to $150 anywhere else. I don't have any experience with it but I hear it's a pretty good camera.

I guess you could learn on a low end model and then take a step up to get the features you really want and need for the best performance.

If you're going to use it alot, and you get a wallyworld cam or other low end cam, you will be replacing it, guaranteed.

I just ordered one and after tax and s/h It was only $81.             Normally it runs $160ish but they're refurbished which makes no difference to me as long as it works.
Awesome battery life. 55 Foot range at night, 7mp camera.

Smossy, I'll be interested in hearing how that camera works. They also have the Ultra 35 for $10 less. The only reason I hesitate to buy one is I'm getting tired of shipping cameras back when they go bad. So I've kind of been waiting for a good deal at Walmart or Cabelas.

Not looking to argue, but I personally would not buy a refurb based soley on the fact that if their is so many of an item that a resaler can buy a lot of them to sell for cheap, then that  raises my hair.

Its one reason  I have no interest in Nikon scopes......there are literally uncountable numbers of each model for sale refurbed. 

Now thats just me........others probably have had good luck, but Im not willing...

Bobcat, if you buy 3 or 4 at a time, there is a lot less hassle. They break, then buy 3 or 4 more.

Also just posted a review about browning.

Browning is by far the best I have ran for the money. 115-130 new.

I have ran every $100 cam out there. Most are "okay" at best. The browning is by far the best ive used period. Better than my high end moultrees. Better than my cuddeback. WAY WAY better than tascos, primos, etc....

Only one I haven't tried that looks promising is the bushnell HD's.

My Primos 35 and 46 are both working fine and going on two years now. The 35 I only paid $60 for. I feel it was well worth the money. Yes there are better cameras out there but not for $60.

The first 46 I bought from Walmart online and it took "foggy" looking pictures from the very beginning. So I used it for a couple months then took it back to walmart for a full refund. Cabelas had them on sale at that time so I bought my next 46 from Cabelas, and I still have that one. I actually prefer the cheaper 35 though.
