Here are a summer and winter weasel (I took the summer one)

Great catch!  I never have caught a live mink, just lots of drowning sets.
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

By the way, there are lots of great weasel trapping grounds up in your neck of the woods.  PM me if you want some tips or areas.

Yeah it's a mink. Still weasel family though  :dunno: funny thing about this lil guy was that the red you see was the bait, setting the other traps I ran out of bait and just dumped the fish blood over the snow and figure what the heck. Tomorrow it's off to the lake for more bait and smoked fish  :dunno:

They do stink that's for sure! I set a few traps for them this year to give the kids something to do. Caught this little guy a couple days ago by the back foot  :bdid: so he had plenty of time to piss all over everything. I made the boys take him out of the trap. :chuckle:
