I had not.....

Not very impressive.....nothing like a good overwhelming smell when hitting the door.

I'm still pushing Razzles mainly out of convience, ease of use, space, and a standard average level of service.

The tavern in Machias if it's still there. Is it called Glenns ? I used too go in there years ago. It's an old farts tavern and would fit right in with most of you old farts...... :chuckle:
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

If I could land my plane near there, I'd liven the place up and even have the 6inch high heeled boy there harassing the HW members. It only makes sense to me......... :chuckle:

What, i thought that was you smossy's girl.... :yike:
To hunt and butcher an animal is to recognize that meat is not some abstract form of protein that springs into existence tightly wrapped in cellophane and styrofoam.

Lol!  I'm only teasing anyways. I know nothing about these places up north. It was fun to go last year to meet everyone but it's such a long drive so we're still undecided if we're gonna make it.

LOL!  I have a cold one some evenings there with a buddy.  I live up the hill from there.  That might be a good place to gather???

Legal name:  Doc's Pilchuck Tavern

Locals call either Doc & Ann's or the Machias Yacht Club.

I used to steelhead with my Dad and brother, just down the road from Doc's when I was a little puke.

When I got older, we'd go in the tav and throw cat food off the deck and feed the fish. Do they still do that ?

Yea, they've pretty much shut that river down for steelheading.  Too bad.  It used to be fun to run down there and C&R a few.

We've fed the ducks and geese bread off the deck.  I've not seen them feed the fish though.  Some years back they put up a wire fence so that even makes feeding the birds a bit more challenging.  I guess they got tired of duck and goose poo on the deck.   :dunno:
