Bacon wrapped crab cakes? Yumm. Still have about 8lbs of bacon to do from this pork belly.

I used hickory on this batch. Apple is going to be used on the next. Pork belly going in the brine this weekend for smoking next weekend

I need the recipe...brine is? How long to smoke at what temp?
