Thought i would head out for awalk along ebey island bringing my dog porter ,it was good to get away from football seen a few birds flying .Shooting time ending at 4:35 today walking out passed a couple hunters heading out ? 3mins left of shooting time and they were obivisley doing some after hours i heard 7 shots that was from were they were . In the parkinglot there was silver a 4 runner with a kodiac sticker and a stp sticker pretty sure it was thier rig had a lime green seahawk license frame  thought about turning them in but let it go, i beleive they also shot at birds in the no shooting zone, thats the area they came from what would you do ?

Report it.  Wdfw appreciates the heads up.  They probably wouldn't do anything to those guys but at least they can maybe do an emphasis patrol there this season.

:yeah: I am sure they will. I would have let it go as well. Still makes you feel bad that you follow the rules and others don't.
I felt like a one legged cat trying to bury a terd on a frozen pond!

I'm all for the bad guy getting what he deserves, but he has no proof.
Hearing shots from where they were, is not proof of anything.

I would have took down the info and reported it to the WDFW as suspicious activity in the area.

Who knows, the local gamie may be aware of possible illegal activity and come back and catch them in the act in the near future  :dunno:
