Looking to get my first trail cam? What would be a better purchase a Refurbished Moultrie Game Spy M80 5.0MP IR Mini Camera or the Moultrie D-55IRxt Game Spy Digital Camera, 5.0 MP. It seemslike the M80 is refurbished but people have positive reviews. but Rodgers sporting goods website has 2 other Moultrie cameras for just 10dollars more that dont seem to be refurbished, the regular price is like $130 dropped to 70bucks. Any thoughts
New SD card right out of the package, Formatted. New Batteries right out of the package. I got 2 days worth of battery life and Im back at 10% Really irritating. Looks like I have myself my first official 80$ paperweight.

Looks like I have myself my first official 80$ paperweight.I would think Primos would provide at least a 90 day warranty on refurbished cameras. The reburbished Moultrie M80 I bought has a 90 day warranty. I know some of the Primos refurbished cams used to come with a 1 year warranty. Didn't you buy it from Natchez? If so I would contact them and ask about a warranty. They might let you send it back to them since it hasn't worked from the beginningl If not, Primos should cover it.
I would call Natchez. Here is what I would suggest- ask Natchez if you can get it replaced with the "old" Truth Cam 35. It's bigger than the new "ultra" Primos cams, but it's a reliable camera. And they have it brand new for $74.99. Isn't that only $5 more than you paid for the ultra 46? Also it will have a 1 year warranty. I've got one and I really like it. It's one of my favorite cameras, and I have about 8 or 9 different kinds. Here's a link to it on the Natchez site: http://www.natchezss.com/product.cfm?contentID=productDetail&prodID=py63010&src=tpSlrByr19I'd just hate for you to go through the hassle of having your current camera replaced with a new one, just to have it not work either. (I've read many bad reviews on the Primos ultra cams)
