Do Cam and Module Numbers?

On bows, Do the cam and module numbers for draw length and the draw stop need to match? I was doing some close inspection and noticed that the draw stop is on 8.5 and the module is on 9. According to the manual for the draw length were looking for It should be on 9 but I cant find anything talking about them matching. I know on my bow they always match.

Depends on what bow and cams you have. Some you cn gt a better valley and feel if you stagger that.
