Only shot. 5 times, and got this guy. I hit another just like him but a bald eagle wanted him more. Bored dog., too.

Well, you know what they say.....

A bird in the hand, is worth 2 in the bush.

Stan Marsh: "My Uncle Jimbo says we gotta get up there early. Right Uncle Jimbo?"

Jimbo: "That's right, Stanley. Animals are much easier to shoot in the morning."

I recognize that place.   And almost went this morning, but slept in instead.  I have had several birds taken by one of those bald eagles.

Hair looks way to long for a Chesapeake. I think it is a Boykin, or maybe some other Spaniel...

I haven't been there for a few years, but I recognize the barn in the background.  Lost a nice Mallard to a Bald Eagle as we'll.

I have lost many birds to those eagles. We used to blast a coot first thing so they would leave us alone for a while.
No, no one was out that day but us.
