I inquired as to the issue of people trying to contact BHW. Andy with BHW contacted me this morning, he let me know the phone number has not been updated on the BLack Hole Weaponry site(Since the move to Oregon) and assured me there would be staff on hand at the number bellow if you had any questions.503-410-5583
Not even close. 100% what I have posted is true and not unnecessary. We don't delete posts when people post about bad customer service with cabelas or another company. Why would we delete this one? I am not bashing but telling the truth of my experience.
All I am saying is they did not even get the chance to provide you poor customer service and your posting about it online.
I think Carp's concern is legit. If a company is going to change their phone number, they should change it and not leave an old phone # for the general public to see. If they're going to be at SHOT or where ever and not able to answer the phone, they should have a voice recording saying that they're unavailable because they are where ever they are and will be able to return phone calls on date X whenever they are able to. I'm not typically one to publicly comment about this sort of thing, but that doesn't mean he shouldn't. The problem got resolved...and that's exactly how topics like this should go down. Someone, somewhere made a mistake and now they know and fixed it. Not reason enough for me to not do business with them though either, especially if they make a good product.

He didn't even get to the part about asking for customer service and he couldn't reach the company. Good customer service starts with being available to your customers. If you can't complete step 1...you need some help.

From everything I have heard they make some killer barrels. I am just not in the mood right now to drop 1k on a order after dealing with this. Will I be next week? Maybe.
