Buffalo Hunt Tomorrow!

Just got into South Dakota, going on a Buffalo Hunt in the morning! Should be fun- hopefully after 21 hrs of driving.... Tough finding a "Hunt" and not just a "Shoot"....we"ll see how it goes! Supposed to be a Trophy Bull-13 years old!!

Good luck there is nothing like a buffalo hunt. I think I have been looking into the hunt you are on, gotta do something, Wyoming wont let me have another tag.

good luck! keep us posted and tell the story when done, what kind of hunt? archery? muzzy? rifle? pistol? BPC rifle? 13 year old will be a nice bull

13 year old will be a beast!!!  Shot two wild ones in AK on their draw system in Delta Junction, son got another and we did a Montana cow trip a few years back for a meat run - hopefully yours is a hunt and not a shoot like we did in Montana, as "wild" Bison are a blast to hunt...  Very keen and alert, especially when the herd bull goes down, they all circled and got what appeared to be their final kicks in on them before herd busted off through the woods......

I did a shoot back in 2008 and it was fun, but I could only imagine going after the real deal   Like others said post some pics and a story.  Have a safe drive there and back!

I cut up my first Bison a month ago and was very impressed with the quality of the meat, better than Elk if that's possible.
