Did you want the eyes mounted or the head mounted?  Seen some if his work, some of the best around.   Anything done well takes time.

What a joke of a first post.  First off, They do awesome work at Rainier Taxidermy, some of the BEST around.  Second, if you expect to get your mount back from him in a little over a year you are kidding yourself and thirdly, my guess is that you left incoherent messages (much like your post) and they either couldn't understand them or you are lying about the number of times that you called them.  Take your B.S. to another site please!

People expect their taxi done in 3 months!  Especially the first! :chuckle: Rainier has a good reputation of quality.
MAGA!  Again..

 :yeah:
And those taxidermists who can deliver in a few months, their work really shows it.  My buddy got his last years buck back in 4 months and it looked like a dried up llama.

Nice, slander a great guy who does great work on a public forum. There's two sides to every story.

My cougar took two years (at a different taxi) It looks amazing, good work is worth the wait.

You did more to help his business than hurt his business by posting that.  :chuckle: I would take the recommendations of  long time members on here than a troll showing up to bash a good guy and a quality business on his first post.

I'm willing to bet the the op joined to trash them because he got impatient and will never even read these posts in response.  I doubt if he will ever log in or post again.  Typical troll!

I respectfully disagree.  He is probably sitting in front of his computer impatiently hitting the refresh button to see if someone agreed with him or gave him sympathy.   :chuckle:

Good point!  He's going to be waiting a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time!  I have never heard a bad word (no ryme intended) about R.T.  Real nice folks.  They actually offered to let me hang out and learn how to do shoulder mounts many years ago.  I wish that I had the time back then.

Definitely an awesome taxi. Did my elk shoulder mount and it was great and well worth waiting a bit. I'd rather wait and get good work than be told 3 months and never get my stuff back. "Rodgers"
If you don't like his work or ways just go down to Rodgers next time.
Then repost how your experience was. :yike:

What a joke.  Zach at Rainier does awesome work and he will tell you it will take 18 plus months for most stuff.  His work is hands down excellent I have a bobcat that is taking awhile longer then normal but every time I call him he answers.  I have never had someone not answer their phone during normal business hours and for that matter weekend and late in the evenings included.  I also have had deer heads mounted over 15 years ago that look just like the ones he finishes this month.   His work is great... time is longer then most but I know I can expect perfect work.
