How many hours start to finish on one piece?

I'd set an hourly price and then look to get 4x cost + hourly per piece. 

Your saying 4x cost of materials

Prolly 10-15 hours of work

4x cost of materials and then 10-15 hours at the hourly rate for your labor.  So if you set it at 25.00/hour and the costs are 30.00 then it would be 250+120=370.00 at minimum I'd think.

If you can mass produce them or lower your hourly make you could lower the costs to around 300.00.

Is it integrated to hang on the wall so you effectively have a 'bring skullcap here and hang on the wall" piece?

No but that would be pretty easy to do, on this set I didnt want the wood to have to bear the weight of the horns (17#s) so I built a bracket so all the weight goes to the skull
