My second bob cat
« on: January 15, 2014, 11:10:48 AM »
Took my son out to check the traps last night. Got my second cat and it's his first. Bear claw traps are working good!

Can you share some info on the trap? Where you got it, what it is? Have you got any yotes in it?

Kitten?

No it was a 22lb female. I pulled the traps and moved them, because I dont like to catch two in the same spot.

My buddy's dad builds them in Oregon. He will be at the Trapping Convention. He is out of state now doing his trapping season.

Drop door live trap. The large trap is estimate 3' long 12'wide 18'' tall, Also has a med and small and they all fit inside of each other for easy carry. Its my buddy's dad that makes them in Oregon. He will be at the trapping convention here in washington. He has got Coyotes before, but this is my first year trapping and I havent gotten one.

Nothing more satisfying than seeing the disgruntled ashamed look of a kitty in your trap.
