My son and I shot our limit of brant today.  It sure felt like spring today!

There are light bellied and dark bellied races.  At least that is what the bird book says, I haven't hunted them... yet.  Nice job H2O.  How do they taste?

There are a few clubs that can be hunted from ground, but for the most part individuals are hunting out of boats in this state.  Many locations in other states offer great hunting for them from shore.  If we had more access and better shore lines for where we are allowed to hunt for them, it would make it a lot easier to harvest them.
