There used to be a couple piebalds out around Little Mountain in Mt. Vernon several years ago...I saw them two or three winters in a row.

Neat looking, that's for sure.
I left it better than I found it...did you?
I hunt animals because veggies are too easy to stalk.

There are a few of them in the Yakima river valley. I've seen a buck and had a customer take a doe 2 years ago. Heard of 3 others since then.

Looks like a pack of Wolves got to it around the neck area  :chuckle: Nice little buck, great story piece in the future.
If you shoot the first one you will never get that true trophy.

I have seen two deer that looked just like that.  Also my buddy killed one that looked just like that about 5 years ago.

Badger neck! When's the last time you saw a nice deer rug? That'd be my vote. Very cool.

Used to see albinos in Wenatchee

Looks like that neck got caught on a barbed wire fence.  Nice of you guys to take him home.

i know its legal to shoot a piebald but i heard its illegal to shoot a true albino, does anyone know

I know this thread is kind of old but I just saw this question and it seems that nobody ever answered it. I believe it's been discussed on here before, but the answer is that albino deer are not protected in this state. Used to be many years ago, but not anymore, and that's as it should be. There is absolutely no reason an albino needs to be protected.
