What ya making NFC Divisional
« on: January 16, 2014, 08:37:36 AM »
Need some ideas.  Last week made wings bbq & hot. This week not sure. Home made pizza crossed my mind sausage, pepperoni, or bbq chicken. Or french  bread pizza  :dunno:. Maybe some abt and stuffed mushrooms. Getting tired of cheese dips and chilli dips and pigs in a blanket. Need to change it up a little. Lets here your FFF (finger food favorites)

We love lumpia and crab rangoons and home made asian bbq pork with hoisin and hot mustard. also we take out and bake a bunch of those rhodes frozen dinner rolls they make great slider buns much better than buying pre-baked ones make up like a hundred slider patties and take our electric griddle out let everyone make their own as the game goes on.almost forgot about another good one we like to make sweet and sour riblets

I will be making antelope meatballs.  Using Emeril's red onion Swedish Meatball recipe modified using homemade raspberry sauce instead of red currant jelly.  It's far and away the very best recipe I've ever had for tasty wild game meatballs.

Used to always make buffalo chuckar wings.  But now that the dogs are too old for chucker hunting I've had to improvise.

He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

I used to like making a seven layer dip with tortilla chips but now with the health kick I will just be drinking my water and probably snacking on some chicken.

I'll be making "slap ya mama" pheasant.

That's pheasant using the spice blend named above.  I have yet to find anything that stuff is not good on...

That's the only place I have bought it.  I was introduced to it last fall at a friends place.

Now that I look, it is carried locally at some places.  Use the store locator on this link and see who has it near you.

I will be at the game, so I will probably have to settle for a sausage dog and a Shock Top. Go Hawks
