When will she start taking requests.  I would send one your way.  What would she charge? Nice Work

My daughter is happy about everyone's encouragement - thank you!  She's open to painting more skulls.  She'd like to work on a few and then decide how far to take it.  She said it took a little over 5 hours to work through the design, paint it and do the touch up work.  She's thinking $70 (doesn't include return shipping - which will only be actual cost) would be a reasonable price for the effort involved.  If anyone feels the cost is reasonable and would like to be one of the first few she works on feel free to PM me.

that's a very fair price.... I will just mention this for future reference....I know you cant sell skulls and such but if she gets serious into painting the rule of thumb I have been told is $30 an hour when pricing fine art.(I was trying to come up with numbers for a gallery for insurance values and that's the standard)  I just give mine away but its handy to have a reference for whats considered a normal pricing especially in the world of art.
